Sayna

The company offers an alternative to Malagasy young people looking for a work formation

Project description

Matina Razafimahefa is the young 20 years old Franco-Malagasy at the origins of the startup Sayna. Her company offers a digital formation, available and opened to the most people, to help young and disadvantaged Malagasy people in finding a permanent contract in a local company. The fast-track training offered by Sanya lasts for four months, followed by six months of alternation in the company financing them. The price of a session (1 700 euros), is taken over by the employer at 70% and paid at 30% after they receive their first income. This initiative creates an altenative to formations abroad and to too expensive private schools for the majority of Malagasy people.
