Modernise the public security managing system

Project description

The Cape Verdean government and Huawei Technologies set an agreement over the set up of the first stage of the Cidade Segura project, also translated into "Safe City". Its purpose is to modernise the public security managing model of the country. It provides for the construction of an operational command centre, the installation of an urban video surveillance system as well as the set up of an operational integrated warning and communication system (voice, SMS, data).
