Free Wifi for South Africa

Project description

Launched in 2013, Project Isizwe is a non-profit organisation which works with the public and private sector to bring internet access to low-income communities across South Africa. Project Isizwe facilitates and enables the deployment of free internet hotspots within a walking distance in low-income communities for educational purposes, economic development and social inclusion. Project Isizwe is member of the Alliance For Affordable Internet (A4AI) and the Wireless Access Providers'​ Association (WAPA).
