Centralise the monitoring of e-health initiatives

Project description

The Ministry of Health and Sanitation, in partnership with the Ministry of Information and Communication, officially launched its national cyber-health coordination centre. It was specifically created to help coordinating and regulating the several digital health initiatives currently deployed in Sierra Leone. The centre makes sure all these initiatives align with the national health priorities and are sutainably deployed to build a solid and resilient health system in the country. In Sierra Leone, e-health is perceived as the future of caregiving as it hastens the national health reform to reach sustainable development goals. This initiative is backed up by the UNICEF and funded by The United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
