Mobisol

Off-grid solar solutions

Project description

Launched in 2014, Mobisol sells photovoltaic installations for domestic use in Tanzania, Rwanda and Kenya where, up to now, its founders have installed more than 60,000 solar rooftop systems. The peculiarity is that the payment of the installations is done by the customers over a period of three years, by means of a mobile phone. In this way, Mobisol can even serve people living in remote villages and without a bank account.
