Telkom Kenya partners with Loon to launch baloons 4G/LTE

Project description

Expected to be launched in the beginning of 2019, Telkom Kenya Limited partners with Loon to launch a network of stratospheric balloons designed to bring Internet connectivity to rural and remote communities worldwide. With this association with Loon, Telkom Kenya will be partnering with a pioneer in the use of high altitude balloons to provide LTE coverage across larger areas in Kenya.
