Project description
The Rwanda Development Bureau (RDB) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) are founding an innovationc entre in the Rwandan capital, in Kicukiro. Its aim is to provide an available and reachable space for project leaders related to ICTs while backing them up. This cooperation between South Korea and Rwanda aims at strenghtening the startup ecosystem and driving innovation in the country.
