Gawana

Car-sharing as an alternative to traditional public transports

Project description

Gawana, which means "to share" in Swahili, is a remote carpool platform. Its purposes is to offer to its users a more comfortable and reliable experience than that of the buses, as well as helping long rides drivers saving fuel by proposing vacant seats on the application. The company aims at popularising carpool in East Africa.
