Digital intensification project.

Project description

The programm ID4D by the Global Bank is a global project that aims at reducisng the number of people that are not registered in vicil registries, hence deprived of identification documents. This programm consists of a modernisation of the processes linked to births and deaths listings. In Guinea, ID4D shall enable the construction of a new database which is viable, up-to-date and common to every government agency as well as the transition towards the biometric identification for all citizens.
