DusuPay is a a payment gateway that enables entrepreneurs to collect payments via debit, credit cards worldwide, mobile money, and other means of payment. Il is focused on removing the bottlenecks faced by firms in accepting mobile money payments, by integrating different services from different countries. Companies using the DusuPay platform can accept payments from various countries and operators, opening up wider markets and making more services accessible to more consumers. The startup has also integrated other modes of payment, including bitcoin, credit, and debit cards, and PayPal, meaning firms are able to offer customers a myriad of different options. Only the merchant needs to have a DusuPay account. It is currently active in many African countries such as Uganda, South Africa, Kenya, Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, DR Congo, and Namibia.
