A step towards a better regulation of the digital ecosystem of Benin

Project description

In 2018, the Beninese state has enacted a law related to the Beninese Digital Code. Its purpose is to frame the digital sector of the country in order to create a fertile ground for investments. This Code covers several fields among which e-trade, personal data protection, cyber security and cybercrime.
