Project description
Déchets à l'Or offers professional and reliable technology-based waste management services to West Africa's fast-growing cities. Customers pay a subscription for their collection service. They currently serve more than 700 households and businesses in Kankan, Guinea. The next step is to treat waste products such as fertilizers, recyclables and energy to turn garbage into gold. Their goal is to change the way cities in sub-Saharan Africa look at their waste.
