The Accra Digital Centre (ADC) has been created to promote entrepreneurship, create jobs and attract companies of the ICT sector in the Ghanaian capital. The structure aims at contributing to the fostering of the digital innovation ecosystem in the country and stimulate the development of a startup culture in the country.
